He is committed to cultivating proper movement, strength, and stability on a daily basis to lead to a better quality of life overall.
Dr. Gavin's interest in functional movement rehabilitation started years ago when many cumulative sports injuries from rugby, lacrosse, hockey, motocross, weight lifting, snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding, and biking began taking a toll on his quality of life—at times leaving him unable to compete or even move without pain. He can now participate in all of these activities, but has given up motocross, much to the delight of family.
