Reebok CrossFit Liberty Village has been in business since 2012.  Located in one of the youngest and trendiest neighbourhoods in Toronto, we thrive on providing a fun, challenging, and rewarding environment to get you in shape. Come meet great people while having a great workout.

Our training methods produce clear and tangible results for all fitness levels.  We work with a diverse set of tools, movements, and drills that are constantly varied in a way that no other strength and conditioning program can offer. We bring the best of high intensity cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting in order to produce results that you can see and feel.

If you care about health, real-world performance, or just want to look better in general, CrossFit is for you.   We can easily scale movements and weights, ensuring you get the most out of every class.  All you have to do is show up

We recommend that before jumping into our regular CrossFit classes that you attend our four Foundation classes. These run on a rotating schedule Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 12pm.   Broken down into different a movement series each class, these give you a solid base to build on!

Burn

Not interested in trying CrossFit?  No problem!  We also offer our Burn class for those who want to show up, work hard and get their sweat on. 

Conditioning designed to raise your heart rate and get you moving with a focus on form and function.  Burn delivers HIIT (high intensity interval training) in a fun and high energy environment.  Exercises include functional movements, free weights, kettlebell and barbell work, as well as body weight movements.    Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, tone or lean out, this class is for you!
