General Gym Guidelines:

Online Booking:

To reserve your spot in a class, sign up online. Classes tend to fill up quickly, so reserving your platform is important. You can book for the day, week or month.

Signing In:

Please remember to sign in when you come in for class. You can enter your phone number, email or scan your barcode. When you select a class it turns to white and then click “finish” in red at the bottom.

CrossFit Foundations classes:

There are four CrossFit foundations classes designed to set you up for success at RCFLV, each with a different topic. These classes run Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 12pm. The topics can be found on our website, under “schedule”

Please note:  You do NOT need Foundations to jump into one of our Burn classes.
