Dear RCFLV Members!  Beginning October 3rd we'll be starting a new 9 week program designed to continue strengthening your Squat, Deadlift and Press.

Make sure to follow along each week as the program progresses!  We've added the template below for you to download and record all your weights throughout the next 9 weeks, where at the end we'll test your new max in each lift!
