A2)  Wide Grip Push Up/Close Grip Push Up 5x6each 

A3)  Close Grip Neutral DB Bench Press 5x25

10min AMRAP:

50 Burpees to 6" Target

20 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65

15 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75

10 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
