CrossFit

For the next 5 weeks we'll be embarking on a strength program where each week we'll be building on the sets and percentages from the previous week while decreasing in reps.  This is designed to support continued progress in olympic lifting as well as incorporating conditioning WODs.  Week 5 will finish with 1RM testing.

A1) Front Squats 6x5 @ 75 % of 1RM

B1) KB Weighted Step Ups 3x6ea leg

B2) Hanging L-Raise 3x6

 

For Time:

50-40-30-20-10 Air Squats
