rest 5 minutes between WODs

“Death by Clean + Jerk” (13min cap)

Perform 1 Clean and Jerk (135/95) at minute 1, 2 at reps minute 2, 3 reps at minute 3, ….. etc. for as long as you are able to complete the reps in the minute allotted.

*once you’ve hit your max and can’t complete the allotted number in the minute, continue until the 13min mark with 5 burpees each minute

“Death by Calorie Row” (13min cap)

Perform 1 calorie row at minute 1, 2 at reps minute 2, 3 reps at minute 3, ….. etc. for as long as you are able to complete the reps in the minute allotted.

*once you’ve hit your max and can’t complete the allotted number in the minute, continue until the 13min mark with 5 burpees each minute
