During the CrossFit Open Monday CrossFit classes will be that weeks Open WOD run in heats

Be prepared to warmup as a group, participate in the Open WOD (you do not have to be officially signed up for the Open) and cheer/judge your fellow participants even if you’ve gone in an earlier heat.
